Strange Harvest Merch Store primarily offers one-time purchases of made-to-order merchandise. In certain cases, we may offer pre-orders or limited release items.
Please review the terms below before placing your order.
One-Time Purchases
Most products in our store are made to order.
Payment is collected in full at checkout.
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have begun and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled due to the custom-made nature of our products.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy [LINK].
Pre-Orders
From time to time, we may offer products as pre-orders. These items are not yet in stock and will ship at a future date specified on the product page.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree:
• The estimated ship date is provided in good faith but is not guaranteed
• Production timelines may change due to manufacturing or supply chain delays
• Payment is collected at checkout unless otherwise stated
Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to the start of production.
Once production has begun, cancellations may not be guaranteed.
If a pre-order is delayed more than 60 days beyond the originally stated estimated ship date, customers may request a refund.
If a pre-order item becomes unavailable and cannot be produced, a full refund will be issued.
Pre-orders may ship separately from other items in your order.
Limited Edition or Numbered Releases
Certain products may be marketed as limited edition or numbered releases.
All sales of limited edition products are final once production has begun, except in cases of defect or damage covered under our Refund Policy.
Future Subscription or Installment Options
At this time, Strange Harvest Merch Store does not offer subscription billing, installment plans, or try-before-you-buy programs unless explicitly stated on a product page.
If we introduce such features in the future, additional terms will apply.
Payment Authorization
By submitting your payment information, you authorize Strange Harvest Merch Store to charge the full purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
For pre-orders, payment may be processed immediately or at the time specified on the product page.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in order cancellation and restriction from future purchases.
