Made-to-Order Products
Every item in our store is made to order. That means it is printed and manufactured specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.
Please read the following carefully before completing your purchase.
All products are custom-produced after checkout.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Color selection errors
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout
We strongly encourage reviewing sizing charts and order details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once verified, we will provide a remedy at no additional cost.
Our standard resolution process is:
- Replacement first
- If a replacement is not possible, a full refund to the original payment method
In most cases, you will not be required to return the defective item.
Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first.
We review missing package claims on a case-by-case basis and will assist where reasonably possible. However, we are not responsible for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
Incorrect Address Provided at Checkout
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
If you wish to have the item resent, additional shipping fees will apply.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of refund policies may result in order cancellation and restriction from future purchases.

Change-of-mind returns are not required for custom-made goods.
