Thank you for supporting Strange Harvest and independent filmmaking.

Because our products are made to order, shipping works a little differently than traditional retail.

Please review the information below before placing your order.

Production Time

All items are made to order.

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment. During high-volume periods (holidays, film events, major promotions), production may take longer.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather

  • International import procedures

  • Peak seasonal demand

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment notification.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Brokerage fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

We are not responsible for customs delays.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.

If production has already begun, orders cannot be canceled due to address errors.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Please contact your local carrier first.

  2. Check with neighbors or your building management.

We review missing package claims on a case-by-case basis.

We are not responsible for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Include photos of the damage and your order number.

We will arrange a replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Split Shipments

Because we work with multiple production partners, items in the same order may ship separately.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Peak Season Notice

During holidays and major promotional events, production and shipping times may increase.

We appreciate your patience during high-demand periods.
